Join Leigh for a week of mindful yoga practice and invite the spirit of wisdom and abundance of nature into your life. Deepen your direct experience of the present moment by expanding your capacity for awareness through your yoga practice. Attune to the inner unfolding of your being and rest in the spaciousness of the heart's capacity to open to all states of mind.

Yoga sessions include strong vinyasa practice, gentle restorative asanas, meditation, pranayama, chanting, and thai massage.

Villa Sumaya is located on the shores of gorgeous Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. With an uninterrupted vista punctuated only by the skyline of three perfect volcanoes, Villa Sumaya is the utmost for those in search of rest and reflection.
